Work alongside the Finance Director on planning and analysis;Manage and coordinate the annual budget, corporate performance management & rolling forecast;Modelling of corporate financials and customer statistics;Manage a 3-year strategic plan;Ownership & preparation of monthly Executive Board packs with commentary (P&L vs. budget, KPI's, alignment of strategic objectives);P&L and business analysis, working with different teams within the organization (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.);Act as Business Partner to the C-Level staff: Assist the business in the evaluation of new opportunities (eg. creating a business case for the implementation of a new tool) and business changes (eg. process optimization and improving workflow efficiencies);Participate in the implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool;KPI development and operational tracking (operational sales analysis, etc.).
Proven experience in FP & A (between 8 to 10 years, ideally);University degree in Economics, Finance or related field;Advanced Excel skills - experience creating models from scratch;Excellent English communication and presentation skills;Superior numerical reasoning ability.
