Solutions provides strategic advice and are the industry (and product) experts for sales, marketing, product and customer success teams across Talkwalker.

The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help optimize solution team processes and vision to be operationally efficient and ensure quality of work with clients within Southern Europe & MEAI
  • Help contribute and drive revenue across sales / CSM teams
  • Institute quality checks on data and setups for all projects process - sales/customers
  • Help to create backend optimization configuration and dashboards and presentations based on company positioning
  • Act as a digital storyteller communicating the value of Talkwalker products based on company positioning and insights derived from the data
  • Act as a leader & expert within the team and coach the solutions consultants and coordinators in Southern Europe and MEAI customer use cases and feedback based on experience
  • Support solutions team members on company initiatives, mid-market, and enterprise business opportunities
  • Optimizing the presentation of the tool, in its setup, and with compelling visuals
  • Work in collaboration with Sales, CSM, Marketing, Partner and Product teams
  • Assign team projects based on their availability and skillset
  • Oversee project management of large and complex implementations, POCs and pitches to ensure quality
  • Manage a team of 6-8 people to grow and nurture their careers across all of Southern Europe / MEAI
  • Provide weekly/ monthly reporting based on the team’s activity leveraging Wrike and Salesforce - needs being updated and checked by team members
  • Report directly to the Chief Innovation & Insights Officer
  • Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in the following industries: media monitoring, consumer insights/market research, communication, or marketing
  • Used a social listening tool previously
  • Managed a team before (mandatory)
  • Project management experience
  • Working in the digital landscape
  • At ease with analysis and have relevant experience in deriving insights from large data sets
  • Gained experience in a business development, sales or customer success role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiences
  • University degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in French and English, Italian and Spanish be assets
  • You have a ''can do'' mentality and go above and beyond
