The HR department is in charge of recruiting, developing and retaining the employees of the company with the objective of maintaining it as a great place to work. 

At Talkwalker, the HR department has a strong focus on recruitment in order to support the development of the business in Europe and in the US.

We are looking for a dynamic & innovative HR Business Partner to further strengthen our Human Resources Department and contribute to the success of our company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the CHRO in talent & performance management
  • Be focused on people development and retention
  • Working closely with your internal business line VP
  • Be the main point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Organize and deliver internal trainings and follow up external trainings
  • Create and lead key HR projects
  • Be the HR Support for the offices outside of London (Germany, Italy)
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR business partner
  • Degree level in HR management or a related field
  • Strong HR knowledge and experience with multiple disciplines including employee relations, performance management, employment law, compensation practices and strategy
  • You have experience working on a global level with C level executives
  • You are fluent in English and any other European language is a plus (French, German, Italian)
