At Talkwalker, our Sales team is responsible to attract, nurture and close business opportunities generated from both inbound, outbound and partner activities. They are responsible to connect with prospective clients to introduce them to Talkwalker and demonstrate the value of our analytics platform throughout the Marketing, Communications and Insights departments.
Drive and own opportunity development and sales responsibilities for enterprise accounts across D/A/CH through inbound, outbound and partner activitiesOwn your business: Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality opportunities (new logos) as well as account planning and strategy setting in key named accountsAdopting a very proactive sales approach to penetrate new accounts by connecting and establishing relationships with senior-level executives across digital marketing, corporate communications, consumer/market research, consumer insights, customer experience teams and other adjacent departmentsExecuting a land & expand strategy in existing named accountsWork through the entire sales cycle; prospecting, exploration, presenting, negotiation through to closingManaging RFP/RFI responses in a timely and efficient manner through coordination of internal resourcesLiaising closely with our internal Solutions teams to customize the Talkwalker platform for high impact customer presentations that solve business challengesGuide and advise customers bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow-through executionExecuting Talkwalker’s value-based sales methodology and Salesforce.com to manage sales processes and accurately forecast business Working with the largest and best-known brands / companies in the world / region
5-7 years sales experience with SaaS / Digital / Analytics products into enterprise accounts Experience of selling software into one or more of the following personas: Digital Marketing, Customer Experience (CX) Consumer Insights, Market Research You are a great networker with the ability to discover business challenges and map solutions to solve customer challenge Excellent presentation and organizational skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and conciselyAbility to navigate the sales process across multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, Procurement)Team player, disciplined, persistent with the ability to think outside the box Well versed in sales methodologies (Value Based Selling or similar) Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process You bring drive and motivation and a hunger for uncapped incentive earnings Ability to travel – as business needs arise Business English and native German language skills
