Earlier this year, Swiss digital agency Goldbach Interactive ranked Talkwalker as one of the top 5 best social media monitoring tools worldwide for the year 2013.
Further analysis was conducted and recently published by German IT magazine Computerwoche, narrowing down the research to 6 tools. The test focused on data volumes and sentiment detection, for which Talkwalker proudly ranks number 1 internationally in both regards.
