1. Who’s going to win Eurovision 2018?

According to the bookies, Israel’s Natta Barzilai is a clear favorite. But social media is talking more about Spain's Alfred & Amaia. Don’t believe us?

Eurovision Acts mentions

Although this could change by May 12.

We may not be able to predict who will win the contest, but we can definitely tell you who is getting the most support from their country. And the most love on the Internet from their fans.

No wonder Amaia & Alfred are doing so well. They had 10.8k mentions in Spain. More than double France's Madame Monsieur who only received 4.2k mentions from their home country.

2. What the Internet is saying about #ESC2018

We already know that Eurovision 2018 is popular, but just how popular is it?

Mentions of the official hashtags picked up on February 13 when Franka announced she will be representing Croatia in the contest.

Another interesting post in the same week was from Russia's Dima Bilan (winner of Eurovision 2008). It showed Bilan showing support for Alekseev of Belarus, by inviting his fans to vote for Alekseev this year.
